Welcome to MNS Adventure. By booking a ticket or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Booking & Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and route.

  • Passengers must carry a valid ticket (digital or printed) during travel.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by MNS Adventure.

2. Fare & Payments

  • All fares are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be completed before travel confirmation.

  • Any applicable taxes, service charges, or platform fees are included unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the time of cancellation and company policy.

  • No refunds for missed buses due to late arrival by the passenger.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Reporting Time & Boarding

  • Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.

  • MNS Adventure is not responsible for missed journeys due to late arrival.

5. Baggage Policy

  • Passengers are allowed limited luggage as per company rules.

  • Valuable items should be kept with the passenger.

  • MNS Adventure is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless proven negligence.

6. Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited on board.

  • MNS Adventure reserves the right to deny travel to passengers causing disturbance or safety risks.

7. Delays, Cancellations & Force Majeure

  • Delays or cancellations may occur due to weather conditions, road issues, strikes, or technical reasons.

  • MNS Adventure will assist passengers to the best possible extent but is not liable for indirect losses.

8. Safety & Liability

  • Passengers must follow safety instructions provided by staff and drivers.

  • The company is not liable for injuries caused by passenger negligence or rule violations.

9. Changes to Services

  • Routes, schedules, seating, or vehicle types may change due to operational requirements.

10. Privacy & Data Use

  • Passenger information is used only for booking, communication, and service improvement.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties except where legally required.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to Nepalese jurisdiction.
